Public Notices No current actions As per Washington Administrative Code 173-400-171, the BCAA is providing a 15-day public notice of its intention to issue Orders or actions as stated above. The public may request that the BCAA hold a 30-day formal public comment period, a public hearing, or both. Requests for a public comment period or public hearing shall be submitted to the BCAA in writing via letter, fax, or within the period indicated above. Any application or proposed action for which a public comment period is not requested may be processed by the BCAA without further public involvement at the end of the comment period.
