The Benton Clean Air
Agency (BCAA) is a municipal corporation that is separate from the County of Benton. The BCAA is governed by a
5-member citizen Board of Directors. The main function of the BCAA is to
enforce the Federal and State Clean Air Acts. For more information about the

Board Members
The following is a list of
the Board of Directors of the Agency. Each member is appointed according
to Washington State Law. The County
Commissioners select
two members of the Board, a City Selection Committee representing the
incorporated cities selects two members, and the four board members select a
fifth member-at-large.

The Board meets every
month on the third Thursday at 5:30 p.m. Meetings are held at the BCAA Office.
The meetings are open to the public. If you have a topic that you would like
to bring up to the Board, please contact the Board in writing, at
least two weeks prior to the next Board meeting.
